week 10 / day 70

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 26 Nov 2012

Today is day 70 for me, I really dont like this quit process, I gave up for a few months early this year,

But fell into the old trap of " Just one puff" wont hurt, which lead to " Yeap I can handle one puff, I can handle just one smoke, Im in control and can stop whenever I want ". Well that lead to a few months back on the smokes full time.

It took a few more attempts at " giving up " to finaly be back on track.

So my friends , Yeap the trick is NO you cant just have one little Puff.

Giving up smoking - means giving up that filthy habit, You have to keep your guard up and

stay dedicated. Im now back to where Im happiest, Smoke free and in control of my life.

Healthier and happier ( and a little rounder - lol)

Good luck every-one, stay strong xoxo

MR, try reading Allan Carr's Easy way to stop smoking. I find this book very good. I am 162 days already. Was weak and about to fall apart but A C's book reinforced my quit. Yipee ai Yae!!!! I am free!!!
