hi my name is brooke i have now been smoke free for 8 days and find some days are better then some but am keeping strong my partner is also quitting with me we have 2 beautiful kids that i want to see grow up we are currently renting and would like to own our house one day but thought we needed to to save and with 2 young ones and us smoking was impssiable so we quit we are still in early days but feel we can do this fingers crossed
My gal and i Quit together and its good to have your partner support you :)

Very good move chookie84. Do not quit quiting and if it becomes too hard there is help in the form of patches or ecigarettes. Either is preferable to smoking.
