Don't enjoy your smoking to quit.

Well I can say now that I am a non smoker. It took so many attempts. I stopped for two years once. Something horrible happened in my life and I took it up again. Every time I tried so many people said oh yeah right here we go again. But I did it with the help of zyban. Without zyban I wouldn't of done it. I stopped about 2 and a half years ago and I have had about three times were I really wanted a smoke. But na no more it's totally over for me. I smoked a Patel of 50 a day. So if I can do it u can anyone can.

Good on you... Im looking at a plan to give up. I like your story as I gave up for just over two years before also. And I blame stress for taking it up again. The thing is I smoke more that I did before I gave up... Ive had a couple attempts since. The thing is when I do give up, I dont even like the smell and taste of it anyway... Im looking at doing patches again as my Doctor gave me a few samples to get me started. Its just getting that plan and start date... I have to admit, I feel like Im putting myself under pressure and feel slightly anxiety and little bit stressed thinking about giving up again. Grr... I would like to be one of the ones putting up that Ive given up soon.

HI Noni
TBH pat he's are useless. I'm telling after the tenth day do taking Zyban u will never feel like a cigarette again. They are the best thing to try. Like I said I have only have about two or three craving in nearly two years. Good luck on your journey. I know you can do it.
