What a day

Today I had to accompany my daughter to court. She has been a victim of domestic violence. After no sleep last night and worrying for her hoping she could be strong, seeing her ex partner and his family and then to top it all of the case was adjourned. I am still in shock that I made it through the day without a cigarette. Maybe this time I can really do it. After all this stress I have just hopped into bed 35 days smoke free.

Well done Jenso, It's these sorts of days that prove to us how strong we can be. It reassures us that we can live our lives the way we want no matter what challenges are thrown up.
