Well, I have never been so sick in my life.  The chest pains were so bad that I went to emergency as I thought that it was lung cancer or pneumonia - it was just a really bad virus that then became pleurisy that then became severe bronchitis!  I physically could not smoke so stopped - 15 days now.  I am trying to think of myself as a non-smoker but now that I am getting better have been tempted.  But when I even think of smoking I get chest pains - I have them now as I write this.  So every cloud has a silver lining.....yay!
