Day 3

Have almost made it through day 3 (I am watching the clock waiting until I can go to bed - how sad!) I know it is early days but I am feeling really positive in my quitting. Each time I get a craving I just tell myself "suck it up you did this to yourself so now you need to undo it" and this is working for me. I have been cutting up apples into small pieces and snacking on this to help me get through - you get the sweet fix without worrying about weight gain. Anyway keep strong everyone!

Oh great .. I wish you all the power to stay clean.. and you send some my way also cause I am also in my 3rd day. I will do some meditation and will have a shower. Everything will be fine in few days.

Well done to both of you. Keep up the great work. The cravings really do get less as the days go by :-)

Hi Karen...stay strong. I was too sick to smoke so managed to get through the first few weeks and am so happy to be nicotine free now. Congratulations on making it this far and remember that you are not alone......
