Distraction seems to be my key, taking my mind off myself and focusing on others, for me I love the Lord, and I know that he is a God of love, faithful, merciful, an ever present helper in times of trouble. Jatchat

Good on you jatchat if your beliefs and faith get you through this then all the power to you !!!!!! There is no sense in speeding up meeting your maker by smoking :-). As a Buddhist I believe in suffering as part of life but a long drawn out painful death from smoking is not on my agenda. Stay strong do whatever you need to do to get through this. You can do it.
