I WANT TO DO IT
Just joined up, really want to quit and start Sampax on Tuesday 5th. So wish me luck. My mate Gerry will be behind me all the way. At 74 this year, it's never to late.
Thats awesome mate, I used champix to quit, I really works to cut out the cravings but I didn't set a quit date and basically cut down until I felt I didn't need a cigarette which took about 3 weeks. It helped me cut down to quit a lot faster than I was planning. I think a lot of people fail because of the pressure of a set quit date. Im 44 days since quitting now and dont even think of ciggies anymore.

Good on u, Iquit 75 days ago and smoked 4 37 yrs and have never looked back. Just take it 1 day at a time. My hubby gave up at 64 so age doesn't matter,good luck 4 tomorrow m8,cheers
