Keep Going!

I've been smoke free for 31 days now and lucky enough to be able to do it with Champix - thank god for Champix... i'm lucky i don't have any bad side effects, just about the only thing is "weird" dreams and a little bit of insomnia but hey, its better than cancer!  I have previously stopped a couple of times with Champix but the minute I was reunited with family at xmas - one by one - started again!  This time i'm determined not to think the same way!  I started smoking at 18 and am now 43 so I really have a long time habit!  My 14 and 12 year olds were constantly on me about quitting, I was constantly embarassed watching the ads in front of them, and, have been to parties where I was the only smoker!  Unheard of in the past... So i've had enough, no more, and am running, boxing and feeling great !  Don't be scard of Champix... you may in fact be making excuses!!
