Gimme a break enough is enough.

129 Days smoke free, $2064.00 dollars saved all by cold turkey Yet today as anti smoking as i am becoming why is my head telling me to just have one to prove that I have completely beaten the habit. I have not andI will not give in to the voice. Just goes to show how strong this damn addiction is. There are no major stressors in my life. I'm still fit for 40 anyway and haven't put on any weight, yet after 129 days the little smoking voice is still there. Rather than focus on the temptation it is a reminder of how bad I was and still am addicted. There is nothing romantic about this addiction.
People keep asking me if I feel better. I don't feel any different. I'm still me. I just taste and smell better. Plus I have a few more bucks in my wallet and am more productive. I refuse to be defined by this stinking addiction.

Know what you mean Freakboy. Day 25 for me and the ciggie gremlin is on my back big time at the moment. I just have to ride it out because I know if I just have one I'm back to where I was 26 days ago and I've come to far that it's just not gonna happen

Hi Freakboy. That voice gets trickier by the day huh! Looks for just the right moment to try a new way of tempting us. Keeps poking with a stick to see if we'll jump. But we know it all too well. Keep up the awesome work.
