Morning everyone, well last night I had my first real major craving and that was not fun, got a little bit stressed but did not give in so I am counting that as a big win for me. Feeling better again this morning and am glad its friday.

Good work Jeff! You're learning one of the most important things that I did on my journey, don't give in to the craving and eventually it will go away. Harder to do in the beginning but easier as time goes on. Day 32 for me and still get several cravings a day but they are not as strong as they used to be! Hang in there and it will get better!!

Thanks mate, I will never give in to the cravings as giving the smokes up for good is to important to me. And all the positive comments on here really do help, so thanks again. :)

Well done ANZAC. Remember, staying quit is as simple as not putting a cigarette in your mouth - EVER. Throughout my first week I was craving a cigarette literally every 10 seconds. That was cold turkey. It gets easier and easier to deal with but there will be moments when you least expect it that your mind will tell you it's OK to have one now. It could be 50 or 100 days down the track but those tests will arise. You're doing great so far. Congratulations.

I 100 percent agree with Mickey. Great work ANZAC.

Had one of those moments today (day 124). Standing in the line up for the supermarket checkout and was just zoning out. My mind started daydreaming about buying a pack, just to keep handy so I could have a smoke just once in a while. I was visualising the whole thing. Then I snapped out of it. I swear it's like being possessed!!

I hear you Mickey. Had a crazy moment myself last week. Keep on keeping on buddy. 138 days smoke free and I realize the cravings will never leave. Lucky we are both getting stronger.
