I cant beleive it's been 4 weeks without a ciggie. Had my moments though, but it quickly passes. This is the longest I've ever quit, I'm on Champix. Got to say I'm a little disappointed in the way I feel. On previous attempts by day 5 i felt FANTASTIC, but here i am at 4 weeks and i feel no different. Anyone else like this??? Is it the Champix tablets?? I'm hoping so. Also for those that have finished the Champix course, was it difficult when you came off the tablets??? Anyway i'm proud of all of us... keep up the good, smoke free, work!!

Good on ya for 4 weeks Quiteva!! I'm at week five and never felt better. I'm not using Champix but you'll find people here that are and hopefully they will be able to answer your questions. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi Quiteva, congrats on your 4 weeks, that is great!!! I quit using champix and felt like crap for the whole time I was on the tablets. I have started feeling really good in the last couple of months, prior to that I felt the same as when I was smoking. I have recently made the 6 month mark since my last smoke. If you are worried though about not feeling good you could always see the Doc, just to be sure. I did the whole 12 week course of champix and was also worried about what would happen when I stopped the tablets, but it was all good for me. I didn't notice anything different as in wanting a smoke or anything, but started feeling better as I didn't have any of the side effects anymore. Hope this helps. All the best for the rest of your quit journey:)
