DAY 19,Hanging in there

i'm on day 19 and so far so good but I'm having trouble sleeping, has any1 experienced this? It's 5 am and feel like a cig but instead chewing a nicabate chewy and this is helping. This is my 4th attempt at quitting but have trouble at the 6mth mark,but for now it's 1 day at a time! Luv the stories, really inspire me! Have been smoking 37 yrs and really need to quit for good this time so any help would be appreciated. Good luck to all,keep up the fantastic work, cya.,,,,,

hi,like you i tried a few times,this time it is totally differnet,i walk everyday,now i am actually going for a jog as well.staying focused on not smoking,have just spent easter with my partner down the coast,who was smoking,but today is his QUIT day as well,and i have made sure of it,mmm dont know how he will go,he was a very heavy smoker.

I haven't had trouble sleeping as such, but I wake up much earlier all by myself, well before the alarm clock goes off. And I get up feeling fully awake, no matter how late a night I've had. I actually like this side-effect. It's an improvement I feel.
