90 today

ok today Im 90 days free of cigs ,my body is happy and I am proud that I have come this far .Yes I did not accomplish this on my own as those who have read my pass stories will know .I am happy to breath without the wheasing sounds my lungs once had .My nose is clear and I can smell again .So now I look forward to my 100 day without a smoke ,then 150 days and onwards and onwards .Thanks to all you guys that have encouraged me here and motivated me also by sharing your stories here with me .Cheers
