What they say about the 50's

End of day 54 ... or 5 days into the 50's and I think what I've read from others here might be true. Every day the last 5 days there has been a moment of really wanting to enjoy a cigarette. I wouldn't call them maddenning cravings, just strong feelings that last a couple of minutes, maybe once per day. If I wasn't so aware these thoughts might be difficult to overcome, but knowing what they are, it's a breeze to get past. So the 50's are a pressure point. Nothing as bad as the 30's for me which drove me nuts. Looking forward to getting through the next 5 days and into the sexy 60's.

Awesome work mate. I am on day 68 and the sixties have been easy. Hang in there I had a terrible time through the fifties there is light at the end of the tunnel the payback is smooth sailing in the sixties. Your doing great.

End of day 56 and yet again, a very strong thought about how great a smoke would be! Unbelievable. Does this "little voice" ever give up? Does it think I'm nuts? I am not that stupid to give in to some random thought after being so strong for 56 days. Not going to happen! So bring it on "little voice" ... give it your best shot, cause after another 3 days, you're history.
