Day 49 without a smoke, still get the urge but think of all my work mates who cough their lungs up every morning at work and think thats how i would end up in a few years, and thats enough to make me not have 1,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Excellent Kelash. Same here with seeing workmates under the thumb of the ciggies. They're slaves to it, even lining up outside in the rain to have a drag.

Good work kelash, I was one of those smokers who coughed their lungs up and seeing this is only day 2 for me, I'm coughing heaps of gunk up!!
