still going strong......

Well the long road to positive health results continues.....but I still haven't been tempted.
My stress test results were a toss up, not positive & not negitive.....so its onto a stress echo-cardigraph....I'm understanding why they call them stress tests now! especially when it takes 3 long weeks to get an appointment for one....I guess by the time you finally go for the test again your so stressed it just blends in with the rest of the readings.......To make it worse my partner is driving a dump truck to a mine out in the middle of Australia somewhere so our communications with each other have been few and far between the last couple of days, I'd love to just ask him to come home, but as they say, your a big girl now and this is certainly a test for me......
But through all of this I have not been tempted to smoke and I won't.
At the end of all this when they give me the all clear I'm going to look back and say *god I handled that without a cigarette* which can only make me stronger in every way.
So to those of you starting out on this journey, just concentrate on keeping strong, take a day at a time and remember you can face lots of things that get thrown up at you in life without reaching for a cigarette and its not until you try that you truely discover how strong you can be.....
Hang in there everyone as I am, we're all going to achieve something great in staying strong together without the cigs....It canbe done.
