That I am doing so well and I haven't got the patches yet. Today I have had 2 cigarettes; willpower kept me from having anymore plus getting stuck into the garden again.

Hi MickeyJ...unfortunately I lapsed a bit yesterday afternoon and had a few more; 5 or 6 in total.
So far today I've had 1. I did light up another one but after 1 puff threw it away. This arvo might be hard as I like my rugby league and there are 3 games and one of them is my team....South Sydney Bunnies. I will really try though!!
