I quit 5 days ago, and I am experiencing times when I would love to have a smoke but mostly I've surprised myself by lasting this long.  I think I'm going to make it this time!!!

Everytime you get through a craving, it makes your willpower even stronger. 119 days for me and unfortunatley I still get the odd day where I'd love a smoke, but the feeling normally passes in a few minutes and there is no way I am ever going back there again. Best of luck to you, I'm sure you will make it this time. This site is a great support so use it as much as you need:)

You sound like me Tina! "I'm going to do it this time". I have tried several times to give up but have never been this determined.. I think! one day,, it just hits you like a tonne of bricks!! That slight wheeze, that hacking cough, the snoring...the list goes on & on. It's not easy, but it will be the best thing you have ever done. Day 46 for me. Keep going Tina, lots of encouragement & support heading your way. xx
