Week 6 - 45 days :-)
Wow I cannot believe it, actually yes I can cause sometimes it feel alo longer than 6 weeks :-) Thank you to everyone who posts on here, it helps so much sharing the journey with others and every few posts someone will write something as though they are reading my mind!!
In the past six weeks I have had a birthday, a couple of friends birthdays a wedding and sadly the passing and funeral of my beautiful Grandad..... if I can get through all that without the evil cigs as a crutch then I'd be a bloody fool to ever take it up again.......
Keep up the good work everyone, we can do it! We are doing it!!!!!! xxxx
Oh and conservatively I have saved $810 :-)))))))))))) that makes up for the times I think I really miss them.

Congratulations, well done, way to go, I have not reached 3 weeks yet and I have had a slip up last weekend. I am wishing the time away hoping that this will get easier (I am sure it WAS easier last week. You are an inspiration, thank you.
