Im starting to enjoy life and feeling great.  Yeah I agree with all about the eatiing.  I actually feel a lot less stresed and relaxed. Obvisously the cigarettes get me uptight and stressed.  Last night I went out with freinds and my kids came with me, and they said to me mum your not smoking, I said no and haven't for a few days now.  Im doing puzzles at night time to keep me occupied and away from the cigaretts.  lookn forward to another 5 days added to my quit days.

day by day, minute by minute. however and whatever it takes

Just dont give in to the filthy little sticks, they are evil and we all know that one little puff takes us back to being a smoker again.

Your doing really well, Keep busy and before you know it , It becomes normal.
