Don't know if this is a hint but just wanted to share with you. After 8 successful days of smoke free living and having to fight the demons in my head and the feeling of emptiness and dizziness I am starting to feel as though I am getting to the top of the mountain. Defintely no alcohol at the moment, it's the association thing - drink in one hand and a xxxxx in the other. But that's ok I am actually feeling fantastic, the dry cough has gone and I am a new person. It has been tough for others with my mood swings in the first 8 days.

I am 8 days too. It feels good, but what a hard journey. Keep going as we now know the longer we go the easier its starting to feel.

Well done! Remember that you're not giving up anything, you're gaining everything. The smokes only relax you because they're the things that cause the stress in the first place. Keep fighting the good fight - it does get easier - I'm 39 days now and feel really strong. :-D
