coughing up some crap
Ok day 25 and the hypnotherapy is still working and no craving ,but man talk about coughing up crap ,This is the worst thing that is happened so far .Just gross to think this is what smokes have caused in my lungs and now its time to get it out (desciption of how this looks )frog eggs.This is what I am really hating .Love paying some multimillion dollar corporate A holes to let his product do this to me ,and enjoy that my government allows this to continue and continue through generations to generations .Ok so Im peed off ,I know no one forced me to start smoking ,but did anyone force eve to take the bite of the apple ,its human to try and make mistakes.But apples are not addictive like cigarettes .I even hate the thought that one day my little daughter may be a smoker I think this really scares me just to image it.So now I wait for the crap to leave my lungs and reflect that I choose this on myself.And that in the future I will educate my daughter in hope she will not follow in the temptation of her father ........cough ,cough,cough,spit........yuck
I can't imagine what it must do to your lungs.. I find I no longer snore since I gave up and think about how closed off my airways must have got to start snoring in the first Place
That's one thing I haven't had - thank heavens! No coughing or bringing up muck from the lungs. Maybe I stopped in the nick of time. You're spot on Lucifer about the government's responsibility in this whole thing. How can they allow cigarettes to be sold legally in this country? Surely it is a case of criminal negligence on the government's part. They know the lethal damage cigarettes cause yet allow corporations to slowly kill us. Forget suing the tobacco companies - I want to see someone (or a lot of people) take the government to court. Any barristers on here know why this hasn't happened?
I found my daughter,Beccy, smoking on her 14th birthday (last May) I was horrified and very angry. Bec has watched me all of her life smoking and coughing and has put up with so much of my irritability on the many occasions I have attempted to quit,Bec tells me that she has not had a smoke since New Years Eve and I truly hope that this is the case, both of my older kids smoke and i just hate to think of the impact that i have had on their decisions to take it up. I can not believe that children still think that it is cool to smoke.
It a shame to think taht due to our stupid behaviour or guidance it gives children a reason to smoke .Both my parents where smoke haters due to their parents dieing back in the old country.I did not have the privileged to watch them decay away ,it may have well cured me from picking up that first cigarette.But I never new any of my grandfathers which I can truely say I would have had the greatest pride in listening to stories and tales of them growing up ,but this never happened due to there smoking ,it killed them both ,thanks again you Multi billion dollar corporate DOGS.But why on earth do we sue the pants of a restruanter when his food causes food poisoning but allow people to be poisoned having limbs amputated and organs ripped out and not one government or body saying stuff it we will sue them or ban the product who ARE THE ONES being protected?
