12th day free from the slavery

Howdy there,

Just thought I would share whats going on for me... I am on quit day 12 and I have totally forgotten what day it was until I came on here and looked...I forgot I did not put a patch on today till after 3pm...hahaha maybe i dont need it...but I will keep going with it for a while till i am really clear...the funny thing is I have challenged my way of quitting this time in reverse and its really working well for me...I have been drunk, I have stood around smokers outside....its strange but it is going really well and easier then I thought....I looked at a few smokers today and was not admiring wanting one...I was watching this lady take a drag and the skin around her mouth was all crinkled in...another smoker looked drained in the face like the life was being sucked from him...I am not envying the smoker no more i actually feel sorry for them and myself that we ever became a slave to this terrible drug...well anyway I hope you are all doing well...:)))
