Hi Everyone,

I am so glad I took the steps to give up smoking. A little over two weeks now and I am really proud of myself after 39 yrs of smoking and have found life is still out there even though I don't smoke. I was one of those people who thought I could never give up, that I would go insane and kill those around me in the process, BUT...I'm completely the opposite and I can't believe it.

Anyone out there who has just started today or thinking they can't do it, take it from me 39yrs is a long time to smoke and now at the age of 55yrs yesterday I feel as though I have achieved something major in my life and I'm sure you all can too.
