Smoke Free 21 days!!!!
Well smoke free for 21 days today, What a journey, Cant believe it's 3 weeks tomorrow. Im so happy that I have given up the fags, I have such a different outlook on them now, Filthy evil death sticks, They are so damaging and I really cant believe I smoked day in, day out for 30 years. Crazy.
Im using patches and theyre working great, I haven't had that crazy urge to smoke during my 21 days, They were in my fore thoughts for a couple of days for who knows why, Just was thinking about cigs basically constantly, but now thats gone for now..
Had some stressful situations during the week, where I would normally have a smoke, But smoking didnt even enter my mind through them.
So good for me, I have come this far, It's been a bizarre Journey so far, But im grateful to myself that I have made the choice to Not Smoke and am pretty confident Im heading in the right direction.
So to every-one on this site, keep going and dont give into those evil little cancer sticks.

Well done Gam. It's a great feeling isn't it. I'm 21 days as well & going strong. I also had a week at work that would normally make me head outside for a quick ciggie to ease the brain strain, but didn't have the urge. Good signs I think.
