Sleep disturbances?

Hi all, day 2 for me this time. Have quit in the past, but the sleep disturbances were what always killed it for me. It doesnt matter what method I use (Champix, Patches, Gum, Cold Turkey etc) I have interrupted sleep, weird dreams, nightmares etc.
I dont want this attempt to fail....does anyone have any tips to help reduce this? At the moment Im just using Chamomile tea and an over the counter sleeping tab, but dont want to rely on sleeping tabs too much.
By the way, loving reading all your success stories...keep up the good work ppl!!!

Yes, I am sure I definitely want to give up.....my previous attempts were quite successful lasting a few months at a time, but unfortunately the sleep disturbances didnt seem to ease up for a long time. Just trying to actively manage it this time round.

Hi, I also have sleep disturbances...I have been quit for 9 days and I am buggered. I toss and turn all night, cant stay asleep for long periods and the dreams are rediculous.. I am hoping it just gets better as apart from the sleep problems, my cravings are easing and I am generally feeling better.. Maybe try some natural remedies, lavender bath, lavender oil under your pillow ect. Hang in there :0)

Thanks Rob, glad to know Im not the only one suffering the sleep issues. Hopefully it starts to ease off for you soon....keep up the good work and hang in there :-)
