I am now 73 and was a smoker since I was about 13 years old, you know behind the toilet, and a real smoker since i was about 15, increasing to about 3/4 packs a day by the time i was 40. Smoking included, pipes, emu twist tobacco in New Guinea, roll your owns, cigars, and sometimes other "stuff".I usually got out of bed had a cough, a pee and then a smoke in that order. One morning when i was in England 31 years ago, I got out of bed and threw my bic lighter and kent cigarretts into a rubbish bin and haven't smoked since. Frankly I can't see the point of any other method none of which I tried, but had I done so I'm sure I would have failed. Good luck to those trying to quit, but at the current price plus the effect to your health, what else is possible.
