Minus 1 ciggie you smoke each day and smoke 1 less the next day. Do this until you reach zero. It sets you a challenge whilst at the same time slowly easing you off the nicotine 1 ciggie at a time. I tried this approach patch Free. I'm now 6.5 months free of cigarettes.
