29 days

I am at my 29th day going onto my 30th day without a cigarette. WOOHOO. Each day at work i go into the lunch room now instead of going downstairs for a cigarette. On my way to work i pick up colleagues who are smokers. Each time i pick them up and smell the cigarettes on them it puts me off. Occasionally i will think i would love a cigarette, that is not because of a specific time during the day or because something has happened in my life. I think it is just because of boredom but as soon as i have had the thought it is gone again.
This is the best decision that i have ever made, the first day of 2012 was the first day of the rest of my life i become reborn again even though i am 43 years old.

Well done!
Your on the same path as me ( Im 31 days today ). Such a long journey we've come sooo far. So well done, pat yourself good and hard on the back and enjoy your new non smoking, healthier, clean teethed, nice smelling self xoxo

Congratulations and well done to you! I too have had to change my daily routines at work to an extent. I still go outside though but instead of having a smoke break I have a breathing break, ha ha. I go for a really short walk, and enjoy the sunshine. Why should smokers be the only ones who get to go outside!
