2 weeks and 2 parties!!
Ah today I had my first party, actually had 2, one in the day and another tonight, since I released myself from the evil cigs 2 weeks ago. Was not looking forward to either as I am still having strong cravings but I successfully got through both and feel very proud. Too scared to drink yet, don't trust myself, hoping I can build up to that in the future...... a big thanks to everyone who posts and shares their experience, was just reading through some old ones and it helps immensely x
Congrats to you! 2 weeks yipeee ( I am also 2 weeks non smoking ) Good to see that you stuck it out and didint cave in. Willpower is such a powerful tool. You rock!!!! Keep up the great work and treat yourself to something nice cos yes you deserve it.
