Ok i want everyone to wish me luck, i need as much support as i can get today i'm going to a party and everyone smokes except me so i'm going to have my lozengers in my pocket and try my best to get through it as best i can

all went good today i had the best day people were smoking around me and it didn't even bother me although it did stink and i didn't like it i didn't get many cravings at all i'm so happy. Thanks everyone for the support it helps when i have so many people giving me such positive support
