Merry Christmas all just thought i'd report that i had a smoke free christmas and it was fantastic i was able to hang out with my kids without breaking for a smoke. I'm a very happy mum

Well done Ki, smoke free for me too and I was surrounded by smokers.

Yes well done Ki,mine was smoke free also 25 days since ive had a smoke,it feels good to be able to walk my dog and not feel out of breath.Good bye smokes and it doesnt worry me about being around smokers. One thing ive also noticed when a person has just had a smoke oh yuk do they smell !!!!!!!!! to think i smelt like that yuk yuk.Have a Happy smoke free life
