Hi everyone.
So happy to see so many of you staying strong.
Just wanted to pop in and say 90DAYS!!!!!
And I feel great.
Got to go again, will give a better update and read around your stories soon.

Firegod you are awesome. 90 days that is my self imposed line in the sand. Gee, funny when I started out you were just over 20 days and I thought wow he is so cool for going that long. Thought I would never reach a week let alone following you toward the 90 mark.

THank you so much all of you. Keep up the good work. I can confirm it does get easier. Just remember... No more smokes! I can Quit!
