Is there anybody out there???
I'm curious as to how many of us are still here/there, I know there are a number of people who just 'peruse the posts' so to speak, some of the regulars have gone quiet lately and I'm wondering if this is because the site has served it's purpose and they're now free or whether they've fallen off the wagon.
If you're out there just say Hi, no matter how shy you are and if you're one of the oldies or the newbies or even an inbetweenie, let us know how you're going, it would be good to know.

hi meanie lifes a bitch at times i have been smoke free 28days now friday will be 1 month and a month after my heart attack.its been a tough trip but im going strong but its not fun as you know. i did get up to go to work this morning but woke up with blood on my pillow so i went to the bathroom and spat it out i then had a cough and more blood came i was terrified my wife and i paniced a bit and rang the ambo,s but it turned out later that it was coming from my gum and not my lungs thank god first thought was lung cancer , what a relief anyway back to work again tomorrow and im going to work whether my legs have fallen of or not anyway enough said tonight hope you are well mate and have a good day tomorrow. regards mark.
I'm still here. Too soon for me to not need support..I have thought about throwing in the towel a few times but havn't.
Kepp going guys, Mark it sounds like you need to go the doctor for a proper check up to see where you're at so at least you can get a proper perspective on your health.

Morning, I am here. Day 70 eve for me. I think everyone is doing an amazing job. Keep going. Mind you, I had a hiccup last night, one of those dreams I smoked, how weird. Think I will write a post about it :)

Thanks rocky-rush and well done. Really pleased so many people have reminded us that they're there, I know how valuable this forum is and hopefully any of the new people will realise that there's always others here keeping an eye on everyone's progress .... even if it is silently on occasion, just so they know that they're not entirely on their own.

Wow rockyrush 96 days. Gee, funny how at the start time would go so slow and every day felt like an eon and now it's just time and the days flash by.
