Guess who's 100 Day's New Today!
Ive been looking forward to this post as it not only marks my 100 days without a cigarette, it also honors 100 days without out a drink.....
The best part of my journey thus far is that it has not been difficult at all, rather i have embraced each day and been ever so grateful for the very positive experience and the doors that have been opened...
I'll be thinking of you guy's always and will be keeping in touch however i wont be posting as often.

Oh Rocky congratulations on 100. I am 75 today. And fancy giving up drinking at the same time. That is an awesome effort.
