getting there

Hello to all the non smokers, hope u all had a lovely Christmas.Its now been 25 days since i had a smoke and guess what i feel great.Im on the patches was on the 21mg for first week but dropped to lower mg the 21mg were giving me bad headaches.I find i have more energy now its great to walk my dog and not feel out of breathe.It does not bother me being around smokers, just hate the smell and to think i smelt like that yuk.What i am doing is it used to cost me about $50- week i buy my patches and put the balance aside and u know what im going on a cruise its going to be my reward for quitting.Keep up the good work everybody and all the best for the New Year
