Hi there, this is my first instalment on my experience as I was not sure i would make it.  I really appreciate everyones comments which i read daily.  I am now in week 3, day 15 and I never thought I would make it this far.  Yes, I have gained weight  OMG! but that's OK.  The cravings are less and I can sleep a lot better.  An amazing friend gave me a tip which I remind myself each time I feel a craving - "breakdown down your day and take it an hour at a time".  MJ

Well done MJ. I'm on day 20 and still have some good days and some bad. It's true just do one hour at a time. I've also gained a few kilos but will worry about that when i have this under control. Keep up the good work
