Awarenessing... yeah ok.. whatever!!

So, it's just gone 6 AM and there's this dude (me) listening to some clown telling him to do some bloody thing with 'the awareness' and practising 'awarenessing' (is that even English?) so..... amongst all this 'awarenessing' (I'm sure that's not English).... I'm thinking people like him, make people like me.... turn to smoke, then he starts crapping on about sound and I'm supposed to practise 'awarenessing' (there's that bloody word again) of sound... ok here's the problem, how do I 'awareness' while he's talking about it, 'awareness to the sound... blah blah' he's saying, and I'm thinking... if you'd shut up long enough I'd be able to..... it's the equivalent of buying a CD of a small child repeatedly saying 'WHY?', catch my drift!........... and I'm asking myself, have I really come this far that not even a single homicidal thought has entered my mind while listening to this drivel............. then it hits me...... like a bolt of lightning........... nope not a bit of it! I'm bathing in the irony of the desperate measures I've taken to maximise my chances of success in this journey to give up smoking, I've clutched at every straw, read everything I can about the nastiness of smoking, the strength that people have drawn from anything that they consider to be a comfort, I've eaten things, drank things, sworn at things and appreciated how LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG a day can be without cigarettes and I've come out the other side (so far... still very aware that it could all go wrong).

So anyway, dunno whether I actually really said anything in this post other than maybe emphasise the fact that there are a million other things that we could be doing as an alternative to smoking... just think about it.... no matter how ridiculous and if you want a wee chuckle today imagine this scenario... there'll be 26 people over the next 2 days being interviewed for jobs by a chick with white and blue hair, a dude with a pink Mo and a fat chick who could talk under wet cement!
