25 Days! Yay
25 days and $300 later my lungs are feeling deeper, patches are working their magic and I still haven't wanted to have a fag. Makes me feel damn proud if I do say so myself!!! That doesn't mean I haven't thought about it many times in a day, I have and still do, but it's not a smoke that I want. Am still trying to work out what will fill that empty feeling I get, especially after dinner. Hope you've all had a good week and enjoy the weekend.
Well done. You certainly should feel proud. I know what you mean though, often feels something is missing, but what you are doing is working for you so keep it up

I know what you mean about the empty feeling - I've got it right now! I find the best thing to fill it is a big piece of cake lol.. did I mention i'm starting to exercise two nights a week? :p
