Another attempt to stop

HI

I've tried to stop smoking before ,I started again after I was stressed.

I'm starting again and today is day 1.

I stareted using some patches I had bought from my last attempt, I'm happy I still have them as they have made such a big difference today.

I'm really hoping I stick to being a non smoker.

I worry alot about the damage I have done to my body but I will continue to look forward to being positive .

Wow, sounds alot like were i have been only my friend was the bottle, well at least thats what i thought!

It's ironic to say that it feels good to know your not alone and that someone else has managed to climb out of the hole.... Thankyou for sharing

I so know what you mean about feeling your emotions - I also used cigs to make myself 'feel better' (ironic I know).. Now if I get cranky or sad I find that the mood doesn't last too long and that I am able to 'snap out of it' rather easily! Love the way you have been able to express yourself Jessica.
