yes i suppose expecting to feel well is not realistic but in time we will....im feeling half the fatigue at this point im 18 days today. yes that heavy lungs feeling is scary verging on painful for me. yes i think it mayb lessening inhaling deeper aswell valiant that feels positive feeling realy amazed how relaxed im feelingover all i didnt relise smoking was prob causing me anxiety symptoms lol take care all and goodluck with keeping the quit now
