Had no idea it would be this hard...

Well Day 1 is nearly over. If I knew it was going to be this tough I don't think I would have given it a go. Great motivation to keep on going - really don't want to go through this again. It's my first quit attempt after smoking a pack a day for 18 years. Trying cold turkey, lucky to have great support at home as my husband quit cold turkey 10 months ago. I'm struggling to finish my day at work, getting extremely irritable and tired already. Just know it'll be all worth it though!!
