Day 3 and surprisingly better!  I am not thinking about smoking all the time which is a nice change because i had been smoking for over ten years.  

I walked to work this morning and really believe changing up your routine is the key to kicking this habit.  So far, i have stayed away from my usual smoking areas and challenged myself to exercise everyday (i don't want to substitute one habit for another-eating!)

Also, have you smelt a smoker since you stopped? My goodness i didn't realise i smelt like that, ergh!

I really believe i can stop this time and all of you can too.  You just have to want to!

Hi LeahJade, I'm on Day 3 as well and coping much better. Had a major melt down last night and came VERY close to lighting up, but listened to some music and cooked dinner instead. Changing my routine is definatley working for me too, I even sleep in longer in the morning because I don't need to leave time for the FOUR cigarettes I used to have before I left for work. Keep up the good work - we'll get there!!
