Day 2

People really don't make it easy to quit. I haven't told anyone i'm trying to quit so that way if i fail (which i really am trying) they can't say anything. But today is hard. Day 1 i was at home for the day and every time i got a craving i would drink a glass of water and if i still felt like a smoke i would exercise to take my mind off it. Day 2 and i'm at work. Someone stole and ate the food i had in the fridge, a co-worker is slamming doors and carrying on like a child to get his own way, and i can't concentrate on working. I'm going to hang in there though. I will do what this website advices and talk out my problems (type out, anyway) and at lunch i'm going for a walk instead of where i usually sit and smoke so i can't be tempted.
