Wow Its already halfway through day three. I am having cravings but they aren't as bad as i expected and pretty easy to be distracted from. The worst thing is the exhaustion. If I could I would be sleeping all day. Iv had 2 hot showers and a cold shower already today just trying to wake up. Ive even gone for 3 half n hour walks with my son and nothing is helping =O YAWWN

Not really Im still exhausted.

I am still making myself do things & did have a bad night lastnight with my son and had one smoke which made me feel really ill & has made my resolve to quit even stronger.

I rang quit line and they advised me to have a really warm shower in the morning first thing but that hasnt helped much but a few short cold showers during the day have made me wake up a little bit & given me a short boost of energy! so day 5 here I come

Hi guys, good to hear your stories. I am on my second day of quitting and have to say that I too find the cravings not too bad, but I too am unbelievably tired! I used to smoke about a pack of 25 Marlboro Lights every 2 days or so, so not a really heavy smoker, hence the cravings seem ok, but I am really surprised by how tired I am? Do you think exercise might help, or maybe drinking more water?

its now day 8 & im still not improving with the tiredness. I do atleast 90min a day of moderate excercise and drink about 2.5lts of water a day so no excercise and drinking water arent helping =( Its sending me nuts really. Ill get home from my morning walk and feel awsome! then about 30min later Im yawning and have a headache!! its amazing to me tht i feel so crappy! they say it takes 14 days for your body to adjust so hurry up the next 6 days!!

Im doing really well now! The tiredness just seemed to vanish one morning and I woke up feeling full of life and wanting to be part of this world =D The worst part of my day now is waiting for my 3 yr old sone to wake up so hed can have breakfast and we can be off on our morning walk! It has taken nearly 2 weeks for the exhaustion to be gone but it was soo very worth it! Please everyone hold on through the tiredness and lack of motivation because it does pass n then life is waiting for us with wide open arms!
