Dealing with stressful situations

Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to deal with stressful situations? I always struggle when I get stressed and then end up having a cigarette. It usually happens at work. Then I get stressed that I've failed again by having one! Thanks

Remember that a cigarette won't help you with stress! In fact, there are absolutely no positive outcomes from smoking. P.S. You're not a failure if you have a smoke. Just recognise it and move on. One cigarette doesn't have to mean the end of your attempt to stop. Good luck :)

You just have to think of something else, the feeling/craving for a smoke only lasts 10 - 20 sec's max. Take a couple of deep breathes, have a drink of water, it WILL pass. Good luck and stay strong
