I was recommended Eucalyptus Nasal Spray by a doctor. The brand is FESS and you can buy it from Chemist Warehouse. It helps clear the congestion in your nose. It's helped me so much so I thought to share it with you all.

You're right in saying how uncomfortable it can be. I started to use an asthma puffer, more than I should have, and so the doctor suggested this as an alternative to help me breathe.
