Vaping Triggers

- Isabella.

- Stress.

- Smell of smoke/vape

- Being around smokers.

- Alcohol

- Visual cues. Seeing vape.

- lack of dopamine/inbalance (excercise)

- High sugar content foods.

- Clutter - leads to stress - leads to crave vaping.

- Coffee. Caffiene, associated stimuli and mental condition/habbit

How i can beat vaping.

- Routine.

- Maintain a clean environment.

- Commumication: Express kindly to others I am quitting and that if possible others refrain from smoking in my close vacinity, or I go elsewhere if politer.

- Excercise for 30 minutes a day.

- Avoid coffee, switch to an alternative, like tea.

You’re doing great Mitch! Giving up this one thing to get back everything else is really hard - we can do this.

I’m day 34. Still have moments in the day I struggle but keep saying every one I don’t have is fantastic, that 1 turns into 1wk & so on. I’ve been trying to not think too far into the future at this stage & that approach is working for me.

Great to hear you have a positive well considered plan.

It helps me on day twelve to stay the course to read your thoughts.

Morning walk rather than smoking is great easy for exercise and avoiding alcohol period.

Changing life routine breaks the subconscious habit.
