I am a new non smoker...11 days. Really miss having a cigarette with my morning coffee and after dinner. I wear patches that really help. I look at my $ goal growing nicely. This gives me incentive. Sick of being broke but starting to see improvement in my finances. My main tip that I can do anywhere is take 5 deep breathes and blow the cravings away.
